About Us

Our relationship is quite amazing. My husband Kevin and I were married on New Years Eve 1996, we have 3 children, Nadeene, Adam and Jack and a yard full of animals consisting of our dogs Sharman and Angel, our cats Harley and Shaq and our ponies, Magic and Gypsy.We moved to the Tweed Valley from Victoria 11 years ago and love the lifestyle the change has brought us. About us, well about my wonderful husband Kevin. Kevin is the absolute love of my life, truly a gift from God, and yes, Kevin knocked on my front door when it was the last thing that I was looking for. I was very much in grief over the loss of my second fiance, he was killed 14 months earlier. I had lost my first fiance 17 years previously, so to go through it a second time was almost too much for me to cope with. I was so lost, I was drinking a lot every day, I locked myself away, wouldn't leave my house, in the space of 7 weeks I had lost 9 people in my life, it was just such a horrendous time, I put on almost 10 stone, just didn't care, really I just didn't want to be here. Then a friend of mine, who is clairvoyant while helping me cope with my grief, told me of a man that I was going to end up with, she told me that he was going to come to me for a reading, as another relationship was the last thing that I wanted I stopped reading for men. My friend also told me that this man was going to have a little blonde haired son, my reply to her was "oh I can't cope with other people's children." So I didn't read for men for almost 2 years, then a friend of mine asked me if I would do a reading for his boss, as his boss had some issues with his work situation, I asked my friend was his boss married?, my friend said yes, he has just had a baby boy, my reply was " no worries then ", " if he is married, he is no threat to me as I would never play up with a married man, I would never put myself in that situation, I also would never do that to another women." Kevin came to me for his first reading, then 6 months later another, and then a year later another, and about 6 months later, Kevin told me that his marriage was over. I was really sad to hear that, it's never nice when marriages break up. Over the next several months Kevin and l talked and became friends. It took me several years to say yes to Kevin's proposals, as I was so scared that something was going to happen to him, but all Kevin said was, "l am going to prove to you, that l am not going anywhere!!" As they say the rest is history. There is a song, l have forgotten who sings it, but it is called "The Fortune Teller" it is about a guy who goes to a Fortune Teller and ends up with her. When something is your destiny, it just is. Many blessings, Rhonda x I was talking to a good friend of mine, explaining to her that mine and kev`s relationship is quite funny because, we always go through the same things at the same time, being a married couple we have our checkups together twice a year, we do everything together!!! • If we go to the dentist we have a problem with the same tooth. • If we have our hearing test done we get the same results. • If we go to the doctors we get given the same tests. • If we both go to the eye doctors the same. • If we go to have a healing, same issues. • If we go to have our palms read we have the same lines on our hands. • After our kiss goodnight, we roll over and sleep back to back but our feet are always linked together. • When one of us wakes up, the other does within seconds. • If we have Aura Soma we can`t believe how we are linked together. • Kev and I have had so many life experiences that are the same. • All of our lives we lived so close to each other but never met. • I had worked with kev`s mum but we never met. • Kev`s Dad worked with my mother but we never met. • During our lives we worked five minutes away from each other but had never met. • It`s just a running joke because if I have a headache you can bet kev will have a headache. • We have had pain in different parts of our bodies at the same time. • We have had blood analysis and same problems. • We have been to chiropractors and same work needed on us both. • We have been to massage therapists` and needed the same muscles extensively worked on. • I know that this sounds weird but each one of us don`t like to be apart from each other for very long. (yes kev is as bad as me) • We pick up on each other; if one of us is upset the other one can feel it. • If we are in the car and one of us is thinking the other will start talking about what that one was thinking about.(We just laugh as it`s happened so many times.) • Kev and I were both born in 1959. • Kev and I both have Capricorn ascendants. • I was born on the 5th, Kev on the 6th. As my friend and I were laughing about this she then mentioned to me that Kev and I might be Twin Souls, I quickly stopped laughing and said "what?" as I had never heard of this, so as you can imagine I will be finding out all that I can about that.
